Take a few minutes and reflect on your position’s responsibilities. 

Write down three tasks that your position is charged with completing on a regular basis and identify what essential service each task fits under.

Activitiy #2 - Unnatural Causes & Social Determinants of Health

  1. Identify: What SDOH mostly impacts your program population?​

  2. Consider and discuss: How your program takes these factors into account for program participation? For example, are there language or internet access considerations taken into account?

Activity #3:  Race & Disparities

Again, reflect on your program services. ​

​Identify ways your program identifies racial disparities. For example, are there specific program aspects that try to reduce racial disparity gaps?
